The public purpose of PEARLS OF HOPE is to promote and support community-based endeavors and provide training and resources to the Kankakee County, Illinois community in the following areas: education, healthcare, housing and homelessness, workforce development, financial literacy, youth engagement and intervention, family support, and social action education.
